Spruce Mountain’s Easter Brunch

Spruce Mountain’s Easter Brunch to Benefit Mt St. Vincent

A New Community Tradition

Easter is a special time of year at Spruce Mountain Ranch because of our Easter Brunch. You may have thought that Spruce Mountain was only a wedding venue, but we also host a variety of other events at our venue, such as our Easter Brunch. This year’s brunch was a sold out event that supported a cause near and dear to our heart, Mount Saint Vincent.   All of the proceeds from ticket sales for the brunch went directly to Mount Saint Vincent. This year’s event sponsors were Lois and Tom Ames, SEMA Construction, Inc, and Spruce Mountain Ranch.

Mount Saint Vincent is a local Rocky Mountain children’s home. Mount Saint Vincent provides numerous services to children in need, which include mental health treatment, foster care services, education, and trauma-informed training. Mount Saint Vincent focuses on helping families and children reach their full potential. Initially, Mount Saint Vincent began as an orphanage, which was established by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth in 1883. Mount Saint Vincent has provided help to over 18,000 children in their 135 years of service. Spruce Mountain Events is proud to support a vital cause that greatly impacts our community.

Not only are we proud to support Mount Saint Vincent and its mission, but we are also proud to support our vendors and their generosity. Our vendor’s were kind enough to donate either a portion or 100% of their services to the event. We were fortunate enough to work with the following vendors on this event: Biscuits and Berries, Peak Beverage, Gold Mine Cupcakes, Event Rents, Highlights CO, A Berry In the Wild, A Design Resource, Carrie King Photography, Kodiak Ranch, Anna's Custom Pews, Shining Light Events, and Hipster Mama Productions. We are so grateful to know such wonderful vendors like Biscuits and Berries, Peak Beverage, and Gold Mine Cupcake who donate 100% of the food and services for our Easter Brunch every year! Because of the incredible love and philanthropy from the vendors listed above, we are able to put on an event that aims to help and encourage children and families in need!

Our guests who attended the event enjoyed an elegant prime rib buffet with shrimp, salad, egg dishes, fruit, vegetables, pastas, a waffle bar, and an omelet station. After our guests enjoyed these delicious options, there was still more food to eat. Our vendors provided a beautiful full dessert bar with cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. Our brunch also included an open bar, with mimosas and Bloody Mary’s.

Our Easter Bunch not only includes amazing food, but also incorporates a variety of activities for all the families who attended. Activities at the event include family photos with the Easter Bunny (photos for the event provided by Carrie King Photography), Easter Crafts, Entertainment from Hipster Mama Photography, hayrides provided by Kodiak Ranch, and last, but not least a traditional Easter egg hunt on our beautiful Trey’s Vista.

We are so grateful to all who attended our Easter Brunch and helped support Mount Saint Vincent. We hoped that you enjoyed being part of the event as much as we did. If you were unable to attend this year, we suggest that you mark your calendars for next year’s Easter Brunch. We hope to see you next Spring!
