With our friends at Astro Tours, you get to enjoy an awe-inspiring stargazing experience. Since we’re 30 minutes from Denver and Colorado Springs, Spruce Mountain’s dark skies give you an elusive view of the Milky Way.

Your team can participate in a guided night tour to learn more about the cosmos and gain a renewed appreciation for our place in the universe. This out-of-this-world activity allows your employees to play with astronomers’ toys — telescopes, binoculars and lasers.

As your team observes the stars, burros roam around carrying drinks, courtesy of Rocky Mountain Beverage Burro. These adorable — not to mention insured — hoofed servers love smiling for the camera, so pet and take selfies with them.

For the food, we select Rocky Mountain Catering, which can plan a menu that matches your event’s theme or personal preferences. This award-winning caterer serves some of the most mouthwatering grilled meats and decadent desserts in the Union’s 38th state.

To memorialize your event, hop onto Nelly — the ShutterBus photo booth. This restored antique Volkswagen bus can fit up to 11 individuals and doubles as a social kiosk where you can share your images with the world through Instagram, Facebook, email and text.

Colorado Package

We recommend this event package if you want to party and celebrate Colorful Colorado’s rich heritage. You can learn the ins and outs of cigar rolling from and watch fascinating demos by the folks at Palma Cigar.

Our friends at Peak Beverage host whiskey tasting and introduce you to the state’s obsession with craft spirits from some of the world’s best distilleries, like Breckenridge — hailed as the best-tasting non-Kentucky finished bourbon at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards.

With Frayed With Grace’s traveling hat bar, your team can accessorize fun pieces and pay homage to Colorado’s cowboy hat industry.

We teamed up with Epicurean to give you access to customizable menu options for your multi-course meal event or cocktail party. This world-class caterer has received multiple accolades from prestigious award-winning bodies, including the International Caterers Association and International Meeting Planners Association, so expect nothing short of delectable dishes and best-in-class service.

Picnic Package

Interested in something laidback? Our Picnic package is for you. You can have a mobile golf simulator, play on dozens of the world’s top courses and see who’s got the best swing. Gimme Golf Simulators provide clubs for any skill level, so there’s no need to bring yours.

For refreshments, we invite Pint’s Peak Ice Cream to serve you the Mile High City’s beloved treat. This artisan ice cream truck’s catalog includes more than 50 flavors — whose availability depends on the seasonality of locally sourced ingredients, like the Palisade peach and Olathe sweet corn.

You can turn your corporate getaway into a mini concert with Denver native Rob Drabkin. Rob has sold out performances and toured nationwide with various artists and bands, including Trevor Hall, Michael Franti, G-Love & Special Sauce, and The Head and the Hand.

Catering your event is Biscuits and Berries. This scratch kitchen and bakery has been in business since 1992. This caterer uses family recipes, specialty dishes, and cultural cuisines as menu inspiration, and cooks meals fresh on-site.

Outdoors Package

Want to know why Colorado is the Switzerland of America? Our Outdoors package has exhilarating activities to give your team a closer look at the Coloradan wildlife. It includes fly fishing with Galvin Guiding, allowing you to catch various species, including brown trout, cutthroat trout, and rainbow trout.

Aside from freshwater fishes, you can also interact with birds of prey. HawkQuest’s master falconer Kin Quitugua conducts a talk about raptors and the challenges they face to raise environmental awareness. It’s a fantastic opportunity to see eagles, hawks, falcons and owls at close range.

We swap carriage rides for horseback riding so you can explore Spruce Mountain in style. We can use carriages drawn by one or two Clydesdales or arrange hayrides with caroling as you see fit.
